Q: Accessing online account?
A: You may access your membership information and order history by logging in to your membership account with the email listed on your membership and your unique password. If you are logging in for the first time please click “forgot your username and password” in order to create a new password. Once logged in, you may update your membership information online.

Q: Customizing club shipments?
A: Yes, we welcome you to customize your wine club allocations! Customization is open the 1st – 10th of wine club months – February, May, September, and November. We will email you on the 1st and send a reminder email before the 10th, but you can log in directly from the website as well. Upon logging in, choose EDIT CLUBS and mix and match from a selection of Merryvale wines. The choices featured will vary each time and be based on availability. You will receive a confirmation email if your customization has been received. Please review your confirmation as orders cannot be modified after processing.

Q: Average 6 bottle quarterly club shipment cost?
A: Although club shipment costs may vary based on membership wine preferences and customization requests, our average shipment is approximately $350-$400 plus applicable tax.

Q: Planning a visit to Merryvale?
A: We welcome you to sit back, relax and enjoy a complimentary seated tasting in our Club Lounge. Reservations are recommended so please contact us prior to your visit. We also have great local insights we love sharing with our extended family so please don’t hesitate to ask! Please also check out our events calendar for exclusive member events throughout the year.

Q: Changing or updating shipments which are currently in transit?
A: Once orders have been processed, we have limited options for changing the order. We can contact our shipper and have the package held for pickup at the local carrier hub for no charge and they will hold the package for 5 business days. To redirect the package to an alternate address, fees may apply. Delivery will be attempted 3 consecutive days in a row and an adult signature is required for delivery.

Q: Re-Ordering club selections?
A: Wines sent in club shipments are typically not available online but are available for purchase exclusively for members. We offer 20% discount on all case orders purchased during your club shipment month. Please contact us at wineclub@merryvale.com or 707-968-3414 to place an order. You may also request to add on wines from previous club shipments in your current shipment.

Q: Giving the gift of a Merryvale Wine Club membership?
A: We offer annual gift memberships which are great for any special occasion. Your gift recipient will enjoy four seasonal club shipments and will have access to full membership benefits throughout the year. Please contact us directly to sign up your loved one!
