Q: Accessing online account?
A: You may access your membership information and order history by logging in to your membership account with the email listed on your membership and your unique password. If you are logging in for the first time please click “forgot your username and password” in order to create a new password. Once logged in, you may update your membership information online.
Q: Customizing club shipments?
A: We welcome you to customize your wine club allocations! An email notice will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to each quarterly shipment which will include important information regarding your upcoming allocation. At that time you may login and mix and match your wine selections from a list of limited Merryvale wines. If there is ever a wine not listed, please contact us directly as we would be happy to see if it’s available.
Q: Average 6 bottle quarterly club shipment cost?
A: Although club shipment costs may vary based on membership wine preferences and customization requests, our average shipment is approximately $350-$400 plus applicable tax. Shipping is included in all six bottle shipments.
Q: Planning a visit to Merryvale?
A: We welcome you to sit back, relax and enjoy a complimentary seated tasting with artisanal cheese selections in our Club Lounge. Reservations are recommended so please contact us prior to your visit. We also have great local insights we love sharing with our extended family so please don’t hesitate to ask! Q: Changing or updating shipments which are currently in transit?
A: You will automatically receive a tracking number via email when your shipment is on the way. Should you need to update or change a shipment that is currently in transit, please contact us immediately so we can prevent any shipment delays or returns.
Q: Re-Ordering club selections?
A: Wines sent in club shipments are typically not available online but are available for purchase exclusively for members. We offer 20% discount and complimentary shipping on all case orders purchased during your club shipment month. Please contact us at email@example.com or 707-968-3414 to place an order. You may also request to add on wines from previous club shipments in your current shipment.
