For Wine Club Members Only Throughout the Month of May

We are thrilled to resume tastings at the winery, though we are not able to host Wine Club gatherings just yet. We are planning events for summer and fall that will be both festive and responsible.

In the meantime, and as a special thanks to all our Club members who have continued to support us, we are offering a special pairing in collaboration with our local catering partner Tre Posti.

Wine Pairing #1: This tasting experience begins with the debut of our brand new 2019 Petite Arvine, an aromatic white wine sourced from the Valais AOC in Switzerland, very close to where the Schlatter Family is from, paired with Mini Maine Lobster Cone.

Wine Pairing #2: Next, you’ll enjoy a taste of our 2018 Stanly Ranch Estate Pinot Noir paired with a Wild Mushroom Crostini.

Wine Pairing #3: Our pairing trio of small bites concludes with a taste of our 2013 Saint Helena Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Grilled Beef Filet on a parmesan crisp.

We’ll include a bonus wine or two based on your preferences to round out your tasting. Please note that this is not a meal, but rather a selection of small bites paired with three of our most exciting wines of the spring. Our Lite Bite Tasting Flight is only available to active Wine Club members and is offered complimentary daily by appointment during the month of May.
