IN THIS SHIPMENT…
YOUR SPRING WINE CLUB RELEASES

Your membership wine preferences determine which of these wines you will receive.

2019 Chardonnay, Carneros
With much of the fruit for this Chardonnay grown on our Stanly Ranch Estate Vineyard on the Napa side of the Carneros AVA, this 2019 is the best example of everything we love from the region. Bright acidity, savory salinity, layered complexity and luscious mouthfeel all converge in this bottle.
Food Pairing:   Try this Chardonnay with Braised Chicken with Asparagus, Peas and Melted Leeks.
Ageability:   Enjoy for 5+ years from vintage date.

2019 Pinot Noir, Stanly Ranch Estate, Carneros
Our estate grown Pinot Noir from the Stanly Ranch is the fusion of power and finesse. Vinified with traditional Burgundian winemaking practices which highlight the quality of this historic site, you will find bold aromas of cherry cola and baking spices supported by hints of mushroom and forest floor.
Food Pairing:   This Pinot Noir will pair well with Ziti with Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, and Goat Cheese.
Ageability:   Savor over the next 10+ years.

2017 Malbec, Napa Valley
Sourced from our Profile Estate Vineyard and the Stagecoach Vineyard in Oakville, Malbec is an often-overlooked Bordeaux varietal and a somewhat unique wine in Napa Valley. Dark and mysterious with explosions of red and dark fruits on the palate—we think of it as a New World take on an Old World style.
Food Pairing:   Pair this delicious Malbec with Beef-filled Empanadas.
Ageability:   With proper cellaring, this wine will drink beautifully for the next 10+ years.

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, Calistoga
The fruit comes from the Amoenos and Kenefick Vineyards in Calistoga, located on opposite sides of the valley. Each provides their own unique characteristics which gives this wine the complexity you’ve come to enjoy in previous releases.
Food Pairing:   Enjoy this Calistoga Cab with Steak Au Poivre with Red Wine Pan Sauce.
Ageability:   With proper cellaring, this wine will drink beautifully for the next 15-20 years.

User Choice Wines:

2016 Chairman’s Selection Red Wine, Napa Valley
This is Cabernet-based blend sourced from select hillside vineyards throughout Napa Valley.
