We are thrilled to announce our first ever Merryvale Vineyards river cruise and introduce you to our esteemed partner, AMADEUS River Cruises. Together, we have customized an itinerary that acquaints you with our shared heritage as we enjoy world-class culinary creations and bespoke experiences among breathtaking landscapes.

As natives of Switzerland, we’ll be cruising along rivers that are not far from our Swiss roots. Having both grown up near the shores of Lake Geneva – René was born and raised in Vevey, 45 minutes northeast of Geneva, and Laurence is a sixth-generation vintner whose family owns the “Cave des Rois” – we regularly return with our three daughters for summertime visits. During this trip, you’ll meet some of our lifelong friends and local vintners who share our love of good food and great wines. Our excursions are customized to give an authentic and well-balanced introduction to the Burgundy and Provence regions, its people, history, and culture.

Over the past three decades, we have had the pleasure of hosting at our historic winery in St. Helena, and sharing Merryvale, Profile Collection, and Starmont wines with truly amazing people from all over the world, many of which we now consider our extended family. During this tour we’ll connect the places, culture and history into which we were born with the wines of Napa Valley, the place we now call home. Every bottle of wine tells a story, and we look forward to creating new stories with all of you.
