Zinfandel is typically a wine that is meant to be consumed within the first 5-7 years of bottling. We recommend decanting within the first year or so after release.
Pungent aromas of blackberry bramble, raspberry and cranberry. Very full mouthfeel with gobs of ripe fruit, vanilla, chocolate and oak spice all balanced by moderate tannins and acid leading to a long mouthwatering finish.
