WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Our Syrah shows intense aromas of blackberries, black plum and smoked meat framed by mocha, spice, ripe tannins and a hint of anise. The mouthfeel is round and generous with a long finish. Our favorite pairings include Provencal style roast leg of lamb.
