WINEMAKER'S NOTES
The 2002 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was blended from a number of vineyards throughout the central and southern Napa Valley. The growing season was relatively normal until the middle of September when torrid heat pushed ripening along rapidly. A few barrels of our best Merlot lots went into the blend to round out the mouthfeel. The wine is very dense and concentrated.
