"92 Points from Wine & Spirits"
2002 'Profile', Napa Valley
Steve Test blends this from eight vineyards, including Merryvale Estate, Beckstoffer-Georges III, VI, X and ToKalon, to create a bright red modulated by earthy, mineral tannins. The flavors layer red cherry with herbs and the dark fruit of wild mushrooms. That distinctive herbal complexity will meld with roast partridge.

"90 Points"
2002 'Profile', Napa Valley
This wine combines firm, ripe, complex fruit with excellent structure. The core flavors are centered around a mix of currant, black cherry and plum and the acidity and tannins are in the right proportion, giving it a resemblance to a fine Bordeaux.
